The accelerator is an intensive tutorial program which runs for 12 weeks in spring and again in the fall from which the participants graduate having prepared aligned funding documents  to Silicon Valley Series A  standards  Founder/CEO signs an agreement on behalf of venture to attend all required sessions.

The time committment on a weekly basis is 3.5 hours required sessions plus an estimated 2.5 hours of participant preparation.

WE TAKE NO EQUITY IN YOUR COMPANY & ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Accelerator fee  is $2000. payable by check.  Program is for Founders/CEO, however discounts are available for additional team members.

Please email a one page text description (no slides) of proposed product or service: 

1. Include name or tag line if you have one. Web site URL if you have one.
2. Include a  sentence describing what you do. This is sometimes called an elevator pitch. It distills the essence of your venture.
3.  Include statements (up to 2- 3 sentences) on each of the following elements:  your team, the problem solved, benefits to end user (customer), market size (demand estimate), competition, IP if you have filed or expect to file patent/trademark,  business model, likely go to market program, funding status.
4. Include your contact information : full name,  town/city, email, cell phone.
